HEALING WORKS IN MANY WAYS,
ON MANY LEVELS
|
 |
|
| |
We
can invite healing for our anxieties, fears, angers and residues of traumas.
Physical problems, including headaches, stomach upsets and pains, and
many other symptoms may also respond to healing. |

Ahhhhh
))) ...
Breath by breath...
moment by moment...
wave by wave by wave of memory...or fantasy of the future...
To the degree that we are awake and aware of the realities of our inner
and outer circumstances,
we have choices for how we respond...
We can add to the fear and confusion...
we can distract ourselves or go unconscious...
we can dream a positive dream...or a 'healing story'....
we can generate a mind of lovingkindness...peace...or compassion...
In a world that is largely out of (our) control,
where the minds of countless beings are dominated by confusion, fear,
and anger,
faced with tragedy and horror beyond our imagination,
amidst the shattering of cherished assumptions regarding the nature of
our lives and world...
Each of us is ultimately left to be mindfully vigilant of the tempests
of change
within our own hearts & minds
and to choose a response to the circumstances of our lives
that is most ennobling and affirming of our true humanity
and honoring of the humanity of others.
Riding the waves of our breath ((())))(((())))((())))
moment by moment...
drawing in the pain and fear within us...and around us...
letting it break our heats open to a radiance of compassion
Universal in proportion
beyond our limited sense of self ))))
Peace )))
