For those who are still feeling residues from 9-11 or other traumatic experiences they would like to release, there are now ways to deal with these, speedily and effectively.

Using these techniques, you can take any feeling that distresses you and release it. Memories often trouble us because of the hurts attached to them. Our lives are sometimes seriously soured by feelings from emotional wounds which do not heal. This emotional baggage may keep us from living a full life. With WHEE it is possible to let go of these hurts and get back on track, no longer impeded by the burdens of the past.

A number of other therapists have developed variations on these wonderfully helpful bioenergy healing methods. Each is summarized on the website of Gary Craig, who developed an MBT called "Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)." Gary's site also offers a wealth of examples of how these therapies can be helpful.
